Selection Process

Training Structure
Training is conducted through BA's partner flight training organizations, primarily FTE Jerez in Spain. The program includes ground school (ATPL theory), basic and advanced flight training, instrument rating, multi-engine rating, MCC/JOC and a type rating on the Airbus A320 family. Total duration is approximately 20 months.
